2013 Christmas 'Angel Tree'
As part of a yearly tradition, the Archdiocesan staff members organized a Christmas 'Angel Tree' to benefit children from needy families in the NYC area. This year, the gifts were distributed to children in Harlem at the Christmas gathering organized by the Emmaus House. The children were extremely happy to have received gifts, and the Emmaus House members expressed their deep thanks to the Archdiocesan staff for their generosity. The help of the Archdiocese and the generosity of the staff members truly brought joy to the faces of the children.
Emmaus House is an Orthodox Christian organization serving homeless and low income families in Harlem.
